Advanced TCP IP Data Logger Editor's Review

Advanced TCP/IP logger allows you to monitor your network. This program is definitely not for beginners. It is developed specifically for people who have more than a basic knowledge about computer networks.

It took me quite a while to find out that this program isn't able to do anything. I tested the program on Windows XP SP2, but I couldn't get it to work. Next, I tried accessing the publisher's website in order to find some help. This website redirects you to another similar program when you try to view the tutorials for Advanced TCP/IP Data Logger. It would have been nice if this application had a tutorial of its own.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: The program's user interface looks nice but it's not easy to use. Another major drawback is the processor occupancy when running this software. CPU usage is close to 100% much of the time. Sometimes it's not even possible to close the program.

In conclusion: Nice idea, poor outcome. I've tested this program on three computers running Windows XP SP2 without any success.
